Basler Introduces New CXP-12 Line Scan Cameras with 8k and 16k Resolution for High-End Applications in Battery Production and Beyond

Basler has introduced the new CXP-12 line scan cameras with resolutions of 8k and 16k, known as the racer 2 L series. These cameras feature advanced Gpixel sensors and utilize the CXP-12 interface. Basler also provides essential components like lighting and lenses for a complete line scan vision system. Basler AG has introduced the new Basler racer 2 L line scan camera in a monochrome version with a CXP-12 interface, offering a great balance between cost and performance. This camera features advanced Gpixel sensors, providing resolutions of either 8k or 16k and line rates of up to 200 kHz. By using Basler frame grabbers and VisualApplets software for FPGA programming, users can benefit from a pre-processing solution that reduces the CPU workload.
