Stone Jiang Takes the Helm as CEO of Radiant Vision Systems, Continuing the Company’s Global Growth and Innovation Strategy
Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from the position. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for scientific assessment of light sources and displays.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China for Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting from July 1, 2024.
Throughout his 12-year tenure at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, expanding the business, making sales, and providing support to Radiant's customers globally. He was also responsible for overseeing all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and worldwide, working with top brands and manufacturers. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.
With a varied career and extensive leadership experience, Kreysar has guided Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his tenure, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color have become widely recognized as the industry standard for production purposes. Kreysar has played a significant role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, to which Radiant has belonged since August 2015. He will now transition to a senior advisory position at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing innovative, high-quality solutions to our clients have set Radiant up for success," stated Stone Jiang. "I am proud to be stepping into the position of CEO at Radiant. With a strong global presence, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, we have a lot to offer. I am eager to collaborate with our team to deliver solutions that go beyond our customers' expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
