Stone Jiang Named as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Look at His Background and Vision for the Future

Radiant Vision Systems, a company known for its imaging systems used in analyzing light sources and displays, has appointed Stone Jiang as its new CEO. Jiang will take over the position from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring.

Before becoming Radiant's CEO on July 1, 2024, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China for the company. In this position, he oversaw sales on a global scale, handling accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe.

Throughout his 12-year tenure at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, expanding the business, managing sales, and providing support to customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development, particularly in high-tech applications, sales, and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone worked as the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He also held positions as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and worked at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone has a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a crucial role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar played a key role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, to which Radiant has belonged since August 2015. He will now transition to a senior advisor position at Radiant.
