Stone Jiang Appointed as CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A New Era of Leadership

Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over the role from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays in scientific applications.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales on a global scale, which included accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang will take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.

Over the course of 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, making sales, and assisting customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operations in Asia, handling finances, human resources, and application engineering.

Before joining Radiant, Stone, Jiang had a significant background in business development in the high-tech industry, specifically in sales and marketing. He previously worked as the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. Stone also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. He obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar is excited about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a crucial role in the company's growth in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar has played a significant role in the success of Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, to which Radiant has belonged since August 2015. Moving forward, Kreysar will transition to a senior advisory role at Radiant.
