Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO: A Look at His Background and Vision for the Future
Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for scientific analysis of light sources and displays.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, specifically in North America, Asia, and Europe. Starting on July 1, 2024, he will take on the role of CEO at Radiant.
For 12 years, Jiang has been involved in strategic planning, business development, sales, and customer support at Radiant. He oversaw general operations in Asia, which included managing finance, HR, and application engineering for the company's global customers.
Stone Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before starting at Radiant, Stone was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held positions as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., as well as roles at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expresses excitement about Stone taking on the role of CEO at Radiant. Stone has played a significant role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and globally since joining in 2012. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, with his expertise benefiting both customers and employees.
Having a wide-ranging career and strong leadership skills, Kreysar guided Radiant's operations in various regions such as North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his time at the company, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color became highly respected in production settings. Kreysar played a key role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. He will now transition into a senior advisor position at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing cutting-edge, top-performing solutions to our clients have set Radiant up for a prosperous future," stated Stone Jiang. "I am proud to step into the position of CEO at Radiant. With a strong presence worldwide, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, we have a lot to offer. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with our team to deliver solutions that surpass our customers' expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
