Stone Jiang Named as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Look at His Leadership and Vision for the Future

Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over the role from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for assessing light sources and displays for scientific purposes.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.

Throughout his 12-year tenure at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, growing the business, sales, and assisting customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Before joining Radiant, Stone had a lot of experience in business development in the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. He was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecommunications industry in China. Stone also worked as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and had positions at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone received his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a crucial role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and internationally, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar's contributions have played a key role in the success of Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, where Radiant became a part of in August 2015. Kreysar will now take on a senior advisor role at Radiant.
