Basler Unveils New CXP-12 Line Scan Cameras for High-End Vision Systems: A Game-Changer in Quality Assurance for Battery Production

Basler has introduced a new series of line scan cameras, starting with the racer 2 L 8k and 16k models. These cameras feature Gpixel sensors and a CXP-12 interface. Basler also provides other necessary components for a line scan vision system, like lighting and lenses. Basler AG has introduced the new Basler racer 2 L line scan camera in a monochrome version, featuring a CXP-12 interface at a competitive price. This camera utilizes advanced Gpixel sensors to provide resolutions of 8k or 16k and line rates of up to 200 kHz. By utilizing Basler frame grabbers and VisualApplets software for FPGA programming, users can take advantage of a pre-processing solution that reduces the CPU workload. Basler also offers all necessary components for a complete CXP-12 line scan image processing system, including lighting, lenses, cables, and cooling solutions.
