Radiant Vision Systems Appoints Stone Jiang as New CEO, Continuing Legacy of Innovation and Global Growth
Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant in China. He was responsible for overseeing sales worldwide, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang will officially take on the role of CEO of Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.
Over the course of 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning strategies, expanding the business, generating sales, and providing assistance to customers across the globe. He was also responsible for overseeing all aspects of operations in Asia, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in areas such as sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He has also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expresses his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of knowledge and guidance to both customers and employees.
Kreysar, an experienced leader with a varied career, guided Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his time as leader, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color became widely recognized as the best for production purposes. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefitted Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. Kreysar will now transition to a senior advisor role at Radiant.
Stone Jiang expresses gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. Doug's contributions to the business and dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions for customers have set Radiant up for success. Stone Jiang is honored to become the CEO of Radiant, a company with a strong global presence, a skilled team, and a reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions.
