Radiant Vision Systems Names Stone Jiang as New CEO, Doug Kreysar to Retire
Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from the company. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays for scientific purposes.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant's China division. In this position, he oversaw sales operations worldwide, covering accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.
In the 12 years Jiang spent at Radiant, he was in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, making sales, and assisting customers globally. He oversaw all day-to-day activities in the Asia region, such as finances, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development in high-tech industries, with experience in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, Stone held the position of General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He also served as China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and worked at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone obtained his M.S. in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and completed an E.M.B.A at Guanghua Business School of Beijing University.
