Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO: A Look at the Company’s Future Under New Leadership

Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for evaluating light sources and displays for scientific purposes.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant's China division. He oversaw sales operations worldwide, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.

Throughout his 12-year tenure at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, business growth, sales, and customer support globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, Stone was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held positions as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and worked at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a crucial role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, benefiting from his expertise and mentorship for both customers and employees.

With a varied career and leadership experience, Kreysar guided Radiant operations in various regions including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He ensured that Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color set a high standard for production use. Kreysar played a key role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. He will now transition to a senior advisor position at Radiant.
