Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO: A Look at the Leadership Transition and Future Growth Strategies

Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems for assessing light sources and displays for scientific purposes.

Previously holding the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant, Jiang oversaw sales operations worldwide, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. Starting July 1, 2024, he will step into the role of CEO at Radiant.

In the 12 years that Jiang worked at Radiant, he was in charge of planning and developing strategies for the company, increasing business opportunities, handling sales, and providing support to customers across the globe. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects of the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, specifically in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. Stone has also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. He holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expresses excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant.
