Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO, Continuing Growth and Innovation in Imaging Systems Industry

Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over the role from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. The company is known for providing imaging systems for evaluating light sources and displays.

Jiang previously held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this role, he oversaw sales activities across various regions including North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting from July 1, 2024.

For 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning the company's strategies, growing the business, making sales, and assisting customers globally. He was also responsible for overseeing all operations in Asia, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development in the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he was instrumental in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Kreysar believes that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to improve both the customer and employee experience.

With a varied career and experience in leadership, Kreysar guided Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his time, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color set a high standard for production use. Kreysar has played a key role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. He will now transition to a senior advisory position at Radiant.
