Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO, Doug Kreysar Transitions to Retirement

Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as their new CEO. The company specializes in imaging systems used for evaluating light sources and displays. Jiang will be taking over for Doug Kreysar, who is retiring.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant in China. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, handling accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting July 1, 2024.

In the 12 years that Jiang has been working at Radiant, he has been in charge of planning strategies, developing the business, making sales, and providing support to Radiant's customers globally. He has also overseen all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Stone Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership roles at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone earned his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expresses his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and worldwide, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Moving forward, Kreysar will transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
