Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO, Doung Kreysar to Transition into Retirement

Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems for analyzing light sources and displays.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, covering North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.

For 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, making sales, and providing support to customers around the globe. He has overseen all operational tasks in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, Stone was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held the position of China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc. and worked at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone received his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expresses his excitement about Stone taking on the role of CEO at Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and globally, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. With a varied career and experience in leadership, Kreysar gave strategic guidance to Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. Kreysar played a key role in the success of Radiant Vision Systems and the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, to which Radiant has belonged since August 2015. Kreysar will now transition to a senior advisor position at Radiant.
