Radiant Vision Systems Appoints Stone Jiang as New CEO: A Look at the Future of Display Test and Measurement Solutions

Radiant Vision Systems has revealed that Stone Jiang will be taking over as the new CEO of the company. Jiang will be stepping in for Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from his position. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in providing imaging systems for the scientific assessment of light sources and displays.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. During his time in this role, he oversaw sales worldwide, handling accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to take on the position of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.

In the 12 years he spent at Radiant, Jiang was in charge of coming up with long-term plans, expanding the business, making sales, and assisting customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all day-to-day activities in the Asia region, such as financial matters, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant Stone, he worked as the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He has also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Jiang earned a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and worldwide, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.

With a varied career and extensive experience, Kreysar led Radiant operations in multiple regions including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He played a key role in establishing Radiant’s optical technologies as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar not only contributed to Radiant Vision Systems' success but also to that of the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant became a part of in August 2015. Kreysar will now transition to a senior advisor position at Radiant.
