Stone Jiang Appointed as CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A New Era of Leadership Begins
Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as the new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems for assessing light sources and displays in a scientific manner.
Most recently, Jiang held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this role, he oversaw sales worldwide, which included accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting from July 1, 2024.
In the 12 years that Jiang has been with Radiant, he has been in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, handling sales, and providing support to customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development in high-tech industries, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He has also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a crucial role in the company's expansion in Asia and worldwide since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to enhance both the customer and employee experience.
With a varied career and strong leadership skills, Kreysar has guided Radiant's operations in regions such as North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He has helped establish Radiant's optical technologies as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefited Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. Kreysar will transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing cutting-edge, high-quality solutions to our clients have set Radiant up for success," states Stone Jiang. "I am proud to step into the position of CEO at Radiant. With a strong presence worldwide, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, I am eager to collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional solutions that surpass our customers' expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
