Stone Jiang Appointed as CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A New Era of Leadership Begins

Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from the role. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for assessing light sources and displays in scientific applications.

Prior to his new role as CEO of Radiant, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China for the company. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang will officially start as Radiant's CEO on July 1, 2024.

Throughout his 12-year tenure at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of overseeing strategic planning, expanding the business, driving sales, and providing support to customers globally. Additionally, he has overseen all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a lot of experience in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He has also worked as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and has held positions at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone received his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since joining in 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, benefiting from his expertise and mentorship for both customers and employees.

With a varied career and strong leadership skills, Kreysar guided Radiant's operations in several countries including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his leadership, Radiant's optical technologies for light and color measurement earned a reputation as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only led to the success of Radiant Vision Systems but also benefited the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant became a part of in August 2015. Kreysar will continue to support Radiant in a new role as a senior advisor.

Stone Jiang expressed gratitude towards Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. Doug's contributions to the business and dedication to providing innovative solutions to customers have set Radiant up for success. Stone Jiang is excited to step into the role of CEO at Radiant, a company with a strong global presence, a skilled team, and a reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions.
