Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from the position. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in providing imaging systems for assessing light sources and displays for scientific purposes.
Before becoming Radiant's CEO in 2024, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at the company. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including in North America, Asia, and Europe.
In the 12 years that Jiang worked at Radiant, he was in charge of planning strategies, developing business opportunities, conducting sales, and providing support to customers all over the world. Additionally, he oversaw daily operations in the Asia region, which included managing finances, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in areas such as sales and marketing. Before coming to Radiant, Stone worked as the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone taking on the role of CEO at Radiant. Stone has played a crucial role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, benefiting from his expertise and mentorship for both customers and employees.
With a varied career and experience as a leader, Kreysar guided Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his leadership, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color became highly respected for production purposes. Kreysar has played a key role in the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. Kreysar will now transition into a senior advisor position at Radiant.
Stone Jiang expresses gratitude towards Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. Doug's contributions and dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions to customers have set Radiant up for success. Stone Jiang is proud to become the CEO of Radiant, a company known for its global presence, skilled team, and reputation as a leader in display test and measurement solutions.
