Stone Jiang Appointed as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Look at His Background and Vision for the Future

Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from the position. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for evaluating light sources and displays for scientific purposes.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he was responsible for overseeing sales worldwide, which included accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to start his role as CEO of Radiant on July 1, 2024.

Over the course of 12 years working at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, growing the business, sales, and providing support to customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational activities in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, specifically in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, Stone was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and completed an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expresses excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings valuable expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.

With a varied career, Kreysar has been a key leader at Radiant, overseeing operations in several regions including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his tenure, Radiant's optical technologies for measuring light and color have become widely recognized as the best choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefited Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant has been a part of since August 2015. He will now transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.

"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing cutting-edge, high-quality solutions to our clients have set Radiant up for continued success," stated Stone Jiang. "I am thrilled to step into the position of CEO at Radiant.
