Stone Jiang Appointed as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems, Continuing Legacy of Innovation and Excellence
Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. The company specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays for scientific purposes. Jiang will take over the position from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring.
Previously, Jiang held the position of Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this role, he oversaw sales operations worldwide, covering regions like North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting from July 1, 2024.
In the 12 years Jiang spent working at Radiant, he was in charge of planning strategies, developing the business, making sales, and providing support for customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, Stone was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to improve the customer and employee experience.
With a varied career as a leader, Kreysar guided Radiant operations in various regions such as North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He helped establish Radiant's optical technologies as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have led to the success of both Radiant Vision Systems and Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. He will now transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing innovative, high-quality solutions to our customers have set Radiant up for success," states Stone Jiang. "I am excited to step into the role of CEO at Radiant. With a strong global presence, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, we are well-positioned for continued success. I look forward to collaborating with our team to deliver solutions that surpass customer expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
