Stone Jiang Named as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Look at the Future of Imaging Systems under His Leadership

Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as their new CEO. The company specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays. Jiang is taking over the position from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring.

Before becoming Radiant's CEO in July 2024, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of the company's operations in China. During his time in this role, he oversaw sales on a global scale, taking charge of accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe.

For the past 12 years, Jiang has been involved in strategic planning, business development, sales, and customer support at Radiant. He oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Stone Jiang has a strong background in business development, focusing on high-tech applications, sales, and marketing. Before joining Radiant, he was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. Prior to that, he also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone obtained his M.S. in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and completed an E.M.B.A from Guanghua Business School of Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and worldwide since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings valuable expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.

With a varied career and experience as a leader, Kreysar has given guidance to Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. Kreysar has not only contributed to the success of Radiant Vision Systems but also to the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant has been a part of since August 2015. Kreysar will now transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
