Stone Jiang Named CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Leader in Display Test and Measurement Solutions

Radiant Vision Systems has appointed Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is a company that specializes in imaging systems used for evaluating light sources and displays for scientific purposes.

Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang will officially become the CEO of Radiant on July 1, 2024.

Over the course of 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, making sales, and providing support to Radiant's clients globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects of the Asia region, such as finances, human resources, and application engineering.

Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, specifically in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone worked as the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.

Having a varied career and being a respected leader, Kreysar guided Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He played a key role in establishing Radiant's optical technologies as the industry standard for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefited Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant has been part of since August 2015. He will now transition into a senior advisor position at Radiant.
