Stone Jiang Named CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Look at the Future of Display Test and Measurement Solutions

Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over the position from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems for the scientific assessment of light sources and displays.

Prior to his new role as CEO of Radiant, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China for the company. In this position, he oversaw sales on a global scale, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. His tenure as CEO will commence on July 1, 2024.

Over the course of his 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of planning strategies, growing the business, making sales, and assisting customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational tasks in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.

Stone Jiang has a strong background in business development in high-tech industries, particularly in sales and marketing. Before working at Radiant, he was the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.

Doug Kreysar expresses excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar is confident that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.

With a varied career and a history of leadership, Kreysar has given strategic guidance to Radiant operations in multiple regions, including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He has been instrumental in establishing Radiant's optical technologies as the industry standard for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefited Radiant Vision Systems, but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. Moving forward, Kreysar will transition into a senior advisory role at Radiant.

"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his exceptional leadership at Radiant. His efforts have greatly benefited our company and his dedication to providing cutting-edge, high-performing solutions to our clients has set Radiant up for success," mentions Stone Jiang. "I feel privileged to step into the position of CEO at Radiant. We are a company with a strong presence worldwide, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a top provider of display testing and measurement solutions.
