Stone Jiang Named CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A New Era of Leadership Begins
Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems is known for providing imaging systems that are used to scientifically assess light sources and displays.
Jiang was previously employed as the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China at Radiant. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting on July 1, 2024.
For 12 years, Jiang has been working at Radiant where he has been in charge of planning strategies, developing business, making sales, and providing support to Radiant's customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all operational aspects in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, with a focus on sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he was the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he played a key role in introducing RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held positions as the China General Manager at Keithley Instrument Inc., and worked at Electroglas Inc. and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and completed an Executive MBA at Guanghua Business School of Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expresses his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and globally. Kreysar believes that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings valuable expertise and guidance to both customers and employees.
Kreysar, an experienced leader with a varied career, led Radiant operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. During his tenure, Radiant's optical technologies for light and color measurement became highly regarded in production settings. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefitted Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant joined in August 2015. Kreysar will transition to a senior advisor role at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his exceptional leadership at Radiant. His efforts have greatly benefited our business and his dedication to providing advanced, top-quality solutions to our clients has set Radiant up for future success," states Stone Jiang. "I am privileged to step into the position of CEO at Radiant. With a strong presence worldwide, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, we have a lot to be proud of. I am eager to collaborate with our team to deliver solutions that go beyond our customers' expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
