Radiant Vision Systems Welcomes Stone Jiang as New CEO, Continuing Legacy of Innovation and Leadership
Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as the new CEO of the company. Jiang will be taking over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring from his position as Chief Executive Officer. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays for scientific purposes.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant's operations in China. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, covering regions such as North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang is set to take on the role of CEO at Radiant starting July 1, 2024.
Throughout his 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, developing business opportunities, sales, and providing support to Radiant's global customers. He also oversaw all aspects of operations in the Asia region, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Stone Jiang has a strong background in business development, particularly in high-tech industries such as sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone worked as the General Manager of Greater China at Orbis, where he led the introduction of RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom industry in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expresses excitement about Stone taking on the role of CEO at Radiant. Stone has played a key role in the company's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings a wealth of expertise and mentorship to enhance the customer and employee experience.
With a varied career and experience as a leader, Kreysar has offered strategic guidance to Radiant operations in various regions including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He played a key role in establishing Radiant's optical technologies as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only led to the success of Radiant Vision Systems but also benefited the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit since Radiant became a part of it in August 2015. Moving forward, Kreysar will transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his outstanding leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing cutting-edge solutions to our customers have set Radiant up for success," comments Stone Jiang. "I am proud to step into the role of CEO at Radiant. With a strong presence around the world, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, I am eager to collaborate with our team to deliver exceptional solutions that go beyond our customers' expectations and introduce innovative products on a global scale."
