Stone Jiang Named CEO of Radiant Vision Systems, Continuing the Company’s Legacy of Innovation and Growth
Radiant Vision Systems has introduced Stone Jiang as their new CEO. Jiang will take over from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring. Radiant Vision Systems specializes in imaging systems used for analyzing light sources and displays.
Prior to his new role as CEO of Radiant, Jiang was the Executive Vice President and General Manager of China for the company. In this position, he oversaw sales worldwide, including accounts in North America, Asia, and Europe. Jiang will officially take on the role of CEO starting on July 1, 2024.
Over the course of 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, growing the business, making sales, and providing assistance to customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all aspects of operations in Asia, such as finances, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development within the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone worked as the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone obtained his Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement over Stone becoming Radiant's new CEO. Stone has been with the company since 2012 and has played a key role in expanding Radiant's business in Asia and worldwide, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings valuable expertise and mentorship to both customers and employees.
Having a varied career as a leader, Kreysar has given strategic guidance to Radiant's operations in North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He has been instrumental in establishing Radiant's optical technologies as the industry standard for production applications. Kreysar's impact has also extended to the success of Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, which Radiant became a part of in August 2015. He will now transition into a senior advisor role at Radiant.
Stone Jiang expressed gratitude towards Doug for his exceptional leadership at Radiant. He acknowledged Doug's contributions to the company and his dedication to providing innovative solutions to customers, which has set Radiant up for success. Stone Jiang is proud to step into the role of CEO at Radiant, a company with a strong global presence, skilled team, and renowned reputation in display test and measurement solutions.
