Stone Jiang Appointed as New CEO of Radiant Vision Systems: A Leader in Imaging Systems for Light Sources and Displays
Radiant Vision Systems has named Stone Jiang as their new CEO. The company specializes in imaging systems used for evaluating light sources and displays. Stone Jiang will take over as CEO from Doug Kreysar, who is retiring.
Jiang was previously the Executive Vice President and General Manager of Radiant in China, where he oversaw sales across the globe, including in North America, Asia, and Europe. He is set to take over as Radiant's CEO starting July 1, 2024.
Throughout his 12 years at Radiant, Jiang has been in charge of strategic planning, growing the business, sales, and assisting customers globally. Additionally, he oversaw all day-to-day operations in Asia, such as finance, human resources, and application engineering.
Jiang has a strong background in business development in the high-tech industry, particularly in sales and marketing. Before joining Radiant, Stone, he worked as the General Manager for Greater China at Orbis, where he introduced RF and machine vision solutions to the telecom sector in China. He also held leadership positions at Keithley Instrument Inc., Electroglas Inc., and Schlumberger Automatic Test Equipment in China. Stone holds a Master's degree in Electrical & Electronics from Beijing University of Technology and an Executive MBA from Guanghua Business School at Beijing University.
Doug Kreysar expressed his excitement about Stone becoming the new CEO of Radiant. Stone has been a key part of Radiant's expansion in Asia and globally since 2012, working with top brands and their manufacturing partners. Kreysar believes that Radiant will thrive under Stone's leadership, as he brings valuable expertise and guidance to both customers and employees.
With a varied career and experience as a leader, Kreysar has guided Radiant operations in various regions including North America, mainland China, Taiwan, Korea, and Vietnam. He has played a significant role in establishing Radiant's optical technologies as the top choice for production applications. Kreysar's contributions have not only benefited Radiant Vision Systems but also the Konica Minolta Sensing Business Unit, with which Radiant has been affiliated since August 2015. Moving forward, Kreysar will transition into a senior advisor position at Radiant.
"I want to express my gratitude to Doug for his exceptional leadership at Radiant. His contributions to our company and dedication to providing advanced, high-quality solutions to our clients have set Radiant up for success," states Stone Jiang. "I am privileged to step into the position of CEO at Radiant. With a strong presence worldwide, a skilled team, and a respected reputation as a leader in display testing and measurement solutions, we have a lot to be proud of. I am enthusiastic about collaborating with our team to deliver solutions that surpass our customer's expectations and introduce innovative products globally."
